DRESS CODE

Members and guests are expected to maintain an acceptable standard of dress at all times on club property.

T-shirts, tank tops, halter tops, spaghetti straps, tops with objectionable print or cartoon caricatures, blue jeans, cut-offs, or sweat pants are not permitted on club property.  (Reasonable exceptions to the dress code rule can be allowed for members of the greens staff.)

Tailored shorts of an acceptable length are permitted.

Men are permitted to wear hats in the Spike Bar and on the Patio. Women may wear hats at any time.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual as a result of a dress code violation.

LOCATION

Windermere is located at the west end of Ellerslie Road in the south west corner of Edmonton along the east bank of the North Saskatchewan River. The course can only be accessed from the east side of the river as there is no direct access to the course from the west side.

APPROPRIATE CONDUCT

Conduct or behavior to the embarrassment of other members will not be tolerated.

Loud or unnecessary noise will not be permitted anywhere on the course property.

Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests.

Members and their guests will treat all employees of the club with dignity and respect.

The General Manager is empowered to act judiciously on behalf of the Board to deal with unacceptable behavior of a member/guest pending the next board meeting.

GUEST PLAY

All members and guests must be registered at the pro shop before play commences including use of the practice facility.

Members may bring only one guest per foursome on weekends and holidays before 2 p.m.

From Monday to Friday and after 2:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays, members may bring three guests.  A single individual may not be a guest more than six (6) times per year.

Junior members may bring one guest only and this during their non-restricted times.

Sponsoring Members must accompany their guests while at the club and are responsible for their conduct and for any cost incurred by them.
